Your account, your call.

In the mobile app

• Open Profile.
• Tap Delete account.
• Review what will be deleted and confirm.

On the web

• Sign in at app.donkit.ai.
• Open Account → General.
• In the Delete account card, confirm the deletion.

You are signed out of every device and browser extension as soon as the deletion completes.

• Every agent you own, including its conversations, knowledge files, attachments, and any published version. Published agents are taken offline immediately.
• Agent teams you own and your memberships in other organizations.
• Your sign-in identities (Google, Microsoft, GitHub) and the third-party integrations connected to your agents.
• Paired devices and browser extensions, which are signed out; their push tokens are erased.
• Your name, email address, and password, which are anonymised so that the email address becomes available for a new sign-up.

Deleted agents and the data inside them are held in a recoverable state for up to 30 days in case of accidental deletion, and are then permanently purged from our systems.

• Billing and usage records — invoices, credit purchases, and credit consumption — are retained for as long as accounting, tax, and other legal obligations require, and are then deleted. They are no longer linked to your name or email address.
• A personal organization that only you belonged to is deactivated rather than erased, so that its billing history survives. It cannot be signed into or reactivated.
• Any remaining credit balance is forfeited on deletion and is not refunded.
• Conversations you had with agents published by other Donkit customers are controlled by that customer. Your connection to those agents is removed, but the customer may retain the conversation logs under their own privacy policy.

Deletion is refused, with an explanation, in two cases:

• You own an organization that has other members. Transfer ownership or remove the other members first. An organization where you are the only member is deactivated automatically as part of the deletion.
• Your personal account has an active subscription. Cancel it from Account → Billing first, then delete the account.

You can also remove individual items while keeping your account:

• Agents — delete an agent from its settings; its conversations, knowledge files, and attachments go with it.
• Conversations and uploaded files — delete them individually from the agent's chat and knowledge pages.
• Devices and browser extensions — remove them from the Devices page on the web or from the mobile app; the device is signed out and its push token is erased.
• Integrations — disconnect a third-party integration from the agent's settings; the stored credentials are deleted.

Email [email protected] from the email address registered on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that you control that address, delete the account as described above, and confirm by email. Requests are processed within 30 days.
