Account assistant

The account assistant is a specialized helper for managing your account itself — separate from your main assistant, which is for your everyday work. It opens in a chat panel on the right edge of whatever page you're on, so you keep your place while it does the setup for you. The panel is the same chat you use with your agents: closing it keeps the conversation — reopen it to pick up where you left off, or choose New chat in its header to start over. History in the header lists your earlier conversations with the assistant, grouped by day and searchable; open one to continue it. The menu next to the title renames or deletes the current conversation.

The assistant always picks its model automatically and never uses the most expensive tier — there is no model picker in its panel.

Where to open it

  • The round button in the bottom-right corner of any account page.
  • Add → With the assistant on the Connections page.
  • Add server → With the assistant in an agent's MCP servers panel.

What it can do

  • Find and connect MCP servers, including signing in via OAuth where a server needs it.
  • Manage your mailbox and Telegram connections.
  • Attach a connection to one of your agents, and switch it between shared and per-user.
  • Invite and manage members of your workspace.
  • Manage models and providers.
  • Manage devices and security (guard) settings.
  • Add, edit or remove facts in your profile.
  • Show your usage and affiliate status.

What it can't do

  • It can't do anything you can't do. It acts with your own permissions, so anything your role doesn't allow, it can't do either.
  • It never touches payments or plans. For billing and subscription changes, it points you to Billing instead of making the change itself.
  • It doesn't set up servers that need your computer. MCP servers run on the platform, not on your device — so it won't offer servers that read local files or control desktop apps, and suggests an online alternative instead.
  • It only handles account topics. Ask it something unrelated to your account, and it tells you to ask your main assistant instead.

Secrets and confirmations

When a task needs a password, token or API key, the assistant opens a secure form for it — it never sees the value itself, only that it was submitted. Before removing anything (a connection, a member, a server), and before any security-sensitive change — inviting a member or changing a role, changing security settings or the guard policy, adding or changing a connection or an agent's connection slot, adding or changing a model provider — it asks you to confirm first. The confirmation card lists the exact values that will be applied, such as the server command or URL, the provider address, or the invitee's email and role.
